Victoria G. Talbot

Nicholaus Samuel Carter

Candidate for School Committee

  • Committed to making Wilbur & McMahon the top public K–8 school in the state

  • Champion of holistic education, experiential learning, and extracurricular programs

  • Advocate for students and parents of all backgrounds

  • Software engineering leader with extensive experience in AI integration and data analytics

  • Graduated with honors from Davidson College in Economics, with coursework in Special Education, Multicultural Education, and U.S. Education History

  • Portsmouth High School class of 2011; full-time Little Compton resident since 2021 with his wife Alexis and their young daughter

Andrew Larkin Rhyne

Candidate for School Committee

  • Professor of Marine Biology at Roger Williams University with more than 18 years of teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership

  • Elected member of the Little Compton Budget Committee, where he has worked to improve transparency and strengthen long-term financial planning

  • Has managed more than $3 million in competitive grants and contracts, with extensive budgeting and strategic planning experience
